Wondering what to expect at your home inspection in Northwest Indiana or Chicagoland? These are some of the common questions that homebuyers have before their home inspection…
Can I come to the home inspection too?
Absolutely, in fact we highly encourage you to attend your home inspection! We want to show you everything there is to know about your new home in Northwest Indiana or the Chicago suburbs! By the end of the home inspection, you’ll know that home inside and out!
How about my Dad? Can he come too?
Of course!
When will I get my report?
Immediately! Upon completion of the inspection, you’ll receive a hand-written report, and within 24 hours you will be e-mailed a digital report complete with pictures from the inspection.
How long will the inspection take?
The home inspector will spend about 2-3 hours inspecting all the visible components of your property in Northwest Indiana or the Chicago suburbs.
Can a house fail a home inspection?
No, a home inspection is not a test to “pass.” A home inspection is a comprehensive examination on the condition of the home, and will bring attention to potential areas of concern.
